These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a contractual legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and The Ark App ("we," "our," or "us"). The Terms govern your use of The Ark App Services available on our platform. By registering on The Ark App, creating an Account and using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional documents referenced herein.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not register for an account or use the platform.
Risk Warning
Digital Assets can be highly volatile, posing a risk of significant economic loss. Assess whether trading or holding Digital Assets suits your financial circumstances. Refer to our Risk Warning for detailed information on associated risks. We do not provide investment or consulting advice. Decisions to buy, sell, or hold Digital Assets are your responsibility. Conduct due diligence and consult financial advisors as needed.

- Privacy Policy: Governs The Ark App’s processing of your personal data and other relevant information.
- Risk Disclosure Statement: Details the risks of Digital Asset transactions and other related risks involving the platform.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) Policy: Details strict implementation measures and procedures for how The Ark App will prevent and detect activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and protecting the platform from illicit activities.
- Law Enforcement Request Guidelines: Provides guidelines on how The Ark App handles and responds to requests from law enforcement agencies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while upholding our users' rights to data privacy and confidentiality.

- Not have an existing The Ark App Account.
- Not reside in prohibited jurisdictions.

Description of Services
The Ark App creates a unique mobile platform that seamlessly integrates social technology, blockchain, and Bible reading features to foster a robust connected Christian community. Our multifaceted app empowers users to engage with others, share updates, read Bible verses, and participate in community activities while enjoying secure financial management and blockchain activities through our wallet. Additionally, our app offers a daily Bible verse reading feature.
Chat Service
The Ark App’s chat service may use bots or chatbots, disclosed as required by law. The provided via our chat service is for convenience and does not constitute a legal agreement or warranty.
Applicable Law
The Ark App users are expected to adhere to all applicable laws when using The Ark App Services. The Ark App may send notices via the email provided by the user during onboarding. These Terms, along with any applicable Terms provided by The Ark App, constitute the entire agreement between users and us. If any clause in these Terms becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will not be affected. The Ark App may record communications with users for compliance and support purposes. In case of inconsistency or ambiguity, the English text will prevail. Except for The Ark App’s third-party service providers, no third party has rights under these Terms. Clauses extending beyond the termination of these Terms will continue to operate. These Terms do not create an association, joint venture, partnership, or franchise.
Transactions
Users may enter transactions facilitated by The Ark App, but we do not guarantee completion or timing as speed will depend on several factors, including but not limited to those listed in our risk disclosure statement. The Ark App may monitor your account for data processing and compliance with the law. If unauthorized activity is found, we will report it promptly. The Ark App is not liable for transaction losses unless notified and confirmed to be solely due to our technical issue. The Ark App may retain transaction information for compliance with global standards and applicable laws.
Transaction Limits
User accounts may have limits on transaction amounts or volumes due to security and compliance with global standards and applicable laws. We reserve the right to change transaction limits at our discretion.
Supported Digital Assets
The Ark App’s services are limited to supported Digital Assets, which may change from time to time depending on market policy. Unsupported assets sent to or from your account are your responsibility. Users are expected to understand the terms and risks of supported Digital Assets backed by other assets.
Users' Account Security Responsibilities
Users are to ensure the protection of their hardware and data and maintain security and control over their Access. The Ark App is not responsible for losses due to failure to comply with users' guidelines and responsibilities. Users are to monitor their Account History for unauthorized or suspicious activity. If any suspected activity is found, users should notify The Ark App management immediately, lock their account, and take steps to mitigate risks. It is the user's responsibility to mitigate risks, and The Ark App will not be responsible for failing to do so.
Termination, Suspension, Holds, and Restrictions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of The Ark App Services at any time. Actions may include:
- Refusing to complete, blocking, canceling, or reversing any authorized transaction.
- Terminating, suspending, or restricting access to any or all The Ark App Services.
- Terminating, suspending, closing, holding, or restricting access to any or all The Ark App Accounts.
- Refusing to transmit information or instructions to third parties.
User Content
Users retain ownership of any content they post on The Ark App. By posting content, users grant The Ark App a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the service. The Ark App does not endorse any user content and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users.
Privacy
The Ark App values user privacy and is obligated to protect it. Users should review our Privacy Policy and other terms to understand how we collect, use, process, and protect their personal information.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on The Ark App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of The Ark App or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
The Ark App reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the service.
Disclaimer
The Ark App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ark App disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Ark App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service. The Ark App will not be held liable for force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Ark App operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
The Ark App may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our platform and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of The Ark App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Creating a The Ark App Account/Onboarding
The Ark App users must create and maintain an Ark App Account to access our services with accurate details. Individual users must use the account only for themselves unless prior written consent is obtained from The Ark App to act in proxy. Corporate users must ensure Permitted Users use the account only for corporate benefit, with legal registration documents approved by The Ark App management. Users must comply with identity verification procedures and authorize us to verify identities to prevent financial crimes. The Ark App may require additional information or documentation for enhanced due diligence and may retain personal data for continued service use, service delivery, and compliance purposes.
Information Requests
The Ark App may require additional information from users for compliance, identity verification, or detecting financial crimes. Providing this information may affect account access and transaction limits as The Ark App processes such information. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of account access or services.
Accessing The Ark App Account
To access the account after onboarding, users need Access ID credentials, necessary equipment, and internet access. Multi-factor authentication may be used for security purposes. Accounts must only be used by registered users or Permitted Users of a corporate body.
Account Information and Transaction Records
The Ark App allows users to access their Account History on the Platform. Users should report any issues within fourteen days. The Ark App may rectify errors in Account History and cancel or amend transactions involving manifest errors to enhance efficiency. We may share account information with third parties and affiliates as required by our privacy policy or law.
Instructions
Users must ensure all submitted Instructions are complete and accurate. Instructions are irrevocable upon our server's receipt. Users can authorize The Ark App to execute transactions on their Account and maintain adequate balances for transactions. Subject to these Terms, users may instruct The Ark App to transfer Digital Assets to an external wallet.
User Daily Bible Reading Engagement
Users must ensure all submitted Instructions are complete and accurate. Instructions are irrevocable upon our server's receipt. Users can authorize The Ark App to execute transactions on their Account and maintain adequate balances for transactions. Subject to these Terms, users may instruct The Ark App to transfer Digital Assets to an external wallet.
User Daily Bible Reading Engagement
- Eligibility: All registered users of The Ark App are eligible to participate in the daily Bible reading and quiz.
- Participation: Users are to read the assigned daily Bible passage and complete the quiz to earn points and bonuses. Users may also fulfill streak conditions to earn extra points and bonuses.
- Points Accumulation: Users are awarded points and bonuses upon completing each daily reading and quiz. Consistent participation may lead to bonus points.
- Bonuses: Special bonuses may be awarded for streaks, milestones, or participation in other reading challenges.
- Redemption: Points can be redeemed for rewards within The Ark App through the available options.
- Compliance: Users must adhere to the program rules and terms. Misuse may result in forfeiture of points and bonuses.
User Social Engagement
- Create Post: Users can create posts, including images, on The Ark App home page and view posts from users they follow.
- Block User and Disable Post: The Ark App allows users to block other users from posting on their timeline and disable posts from appearing on their timeline.
- Disable Screenshot Chat Function: The Ark App allows users to disable the screenshot function to prevent others from screenshotting their conversations.
- Private Chat: Users can have one-on-one chats privately on the platform to connect and socialize
Community Chat
The Ark App allows users to create and engage in private or community chats to foster interactions with other platform users, where members can communicate on several topics. There are two types of community chats:
- Refusing to complete, blocking, canceling, or reversing any authorized transaction.
- Public Community Chat: This is open to all users and does not require participants to have shared objectives or interests.
Note: The Ark App do not use chat services for abusive or illegal messages. Violations may result in service termination or other sanction measures as The Ark App managements may deem fit to make in the circumstance.
User Wallet Engagements
The Ark App wallet primarily supports a selection of cryptocurrencies, including Binance Coin (BMB), Taiwan Dollar Token (TWD), and Tether (USDT). These digital assets can be securely stored, managed, and transacted within the wallet.
From time to time, The Ark App’s management may decide to expand the list of supported cryptocurrencies. When new digital assets are added, users will be promptly notified through appropriate channels, ensuring they are informed about the latest updates and can take advantage of the new offerings.
Payment of Fees:
The Ark App attaches a payment fee to every swap and transfer done by a user. We may deduct these fees from your Ark App Account directly of through other means as you may be notified or as suggested to you during the swap or transfer process. We may also adjust fees from time to time subject to the market value of our digital assets. Calculations by The Ark App are final and binding, absent manifest error, and will be done per the stated methodology in good faith.
Swap
- Initiating a Swap: Users can initiate a swap by selecting the desired digital assets they wish to exchange and providing the necessary demanded by the platform.
- Completion of Swap: The Ark App allows users to swap their digital assets and they are processed based on current market rates at the time of the transaction. The Ark App does not guarantee the completion of a swap within a specific timeframe.
- Fees for Swaps: The Ark App will notify users of the fees for swaps during the initiation of the swap process and may be deducted from the user's account at the time of the transaction or through other options that is provided by the platform.
- Irrevocability of Swap Instructions: Once a swap instruction is submitted and received by our server, it is considered final and cannot be revoked or amended.
- Limitations and Restrictions: The Ark App reserves the right to limit the types and amounts of digital assets that can be swapped, as well as to reject any swap instructions that do not comply with platform policies.
Transfer
- Initiating a Transfer: The Ark App allows users to initiate a transfer by providing the necessary details of the recipient wallet or user account and confirming the transfer instructions through the platform.
- Completion of Transfer: Transfers are subject to network confirmations and may take varying amounts of time to complete. The Ark App is not liable for delays caused by external networks.
- Transfer to External Wallet: Subject to these Terms, users may instruct The Ark App to transfer Digital Assets to an external wallet.
- Fees for Transfers: The Ark App will notify users of the fees for transfers during the initiation of the transfer process and may be deducted from the user's account at the time of the transaction or through other options that is provided by the platform.
- Irrevocability of Transfer Instructions: Once a transfer instruction is submitted and received by our server, it is considered final and cannot be revoked or amended.
- Security Measures: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient information and maintaining the security of their account credentials. The Ark App is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect recipient information or unauthorized access to user accounts.
- Transfer Limits: The Ark App may impose limits on the amounts and type of digital asset that can be transferred, both per transaction and cumulatively over specific periods. These limits are subject to change at our discretion.
- Suspicious Activity: The Ark App reserves the right to delay or cancel transfers that are flagged for suspicious activity or potential fraud. Users may be required to provide additional information to verify the legitimacy of such transactions.
Points, Bonuses and Streak Terms:
- The Ark App reserves the right to determine the number, value, modify, or discontinue the bonus, points, and streak systems at any time with notice to the users.
- Any fraudulent or abusive behavior to exploit these systems may result in forfeiture of bonuses, points, and streaks, and may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Decisions made by The Ark App regarding the awarding and redemption of bonuses, points, and streaks are final and binding.
- Users must comply with all terms and conditions set forth by The Ark App to participate in these reward systems.
- Earning Points: Users can earn points through various activities such as reading the daily bible verses, correct answering of bible quiz, completing tasks, participating in events, or engaging with content.
- Point Balance: Users can view their point balance in their account profile. Points are accumulated based on activity and can be redeemed as specified by The Ark App.
- Forfeiture of Points: Users may forfeited their points if users do not adhere strictly to its conditions.
- Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits as offered by The Ark App. Redemption options and availability may vary and include monetary value which may be transferred to the user’s wallet or bank account; however, it depends on The Ark App management and the market policy.
- Value: The Ark App management reserves the rights to determine the value of each points, its worth on the platform and such value may vary from time to time depending on the market policy on UDST and other digital currency.
- Expiration: Points may have an expiration date. Users should use their points before they expire, as expired points will be forfeited.
- Non-Transferability: Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Bonuses
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be awarded to users based on specific actions, consistency on the app activities, milestones, or participation in promotions as determined by The Ark App management.
- Types of Bonuses: Bonuses can include but are not limited to consistent daily bible reading, correct answering of bible quiz, referral bonuses, sign-up bonuses and any other activity-based bonuses stipulated by The Ark App management.
- Conditions: Each bonus type will have its own set of conditions and requirements. Users must meet these conditions to be eligible.
- Forfeiture of Points: Users may forfeit their points if users do not adhere strictly to its conditions.
- Value: The Ark App management reserves the rights to determine the value of each bonus and its worth on the platform and such value may vary from time to time depending on the market policy on UDST and other digital currency
- Expiration: Bonuses may have expiration dates. Unused bonuses will expire as per the terms specified at the time of issuance.
- Redeemability: Bonuses are not transferable and can only be used within The Ark App. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise by The Ark App management.
Streaks
- Maintaining Streaks: The Ark App assigns streaks for daily bible reading. The consistency of the streak attracts reward and bonus points. Users must complete specific actions or engage with the app daily or within defined intervals to maintain their streak on The Ark Platform.
- Leader Board: The Ark App allows users to view their reading points, bonuses and streaks via the leader board.
- Streak Targets: The Ark App may reward users with points and bonuses after maintaining a 21 days, 40 days, 90 days, 100 days and 365 days streak. These points and bonuses may vary depending on The Ark App management or / and digital market changes and policies.
- Benefits of Streaks: Maintaining streaks can lead to additional rewards, bonuses, or points. The longer the streak, the greater the potential rewards.
- Breaks in Streaks: Missing a day bible reading or failing to other activity requirements will break the streak. Once broken, users must start over to build a new streak, which implies automatic forfeiture of accumulated points or bonuses during the streak.
- Notifications: Users may receive notifications to remind them to complete actions to maintain their streaks.

- Access IDs: Credentials used to access your The Ark App account and services.
- Account History: Records of transactions and account activities.
- Applicable Law: Relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- The Ark App: Refers to the management and authorities of the Ark Platform.
- The Ark App Account: Accounts provided for using The Ark App services.
- The Ark App Services: Services offered through The Ark App platform.
- Control: The power to direct another entity's affairs.
- Corporate The Ark App Account: Accounts for corporate entities.
- Created IP: Intellectual property created under these Terms.
- Digital Assets: Electronic representations of value or rights.
- Email Account: The email associated with your The Ark App account.
- Force Majeure Events: Events beyond control affecting service provision, such as natural disasters, strikes, regulatory actions, technical failures, and market disruptions.
- Instruction: Orders or requests to The Ark App regarding account operations or transactions.
- Intellectual Property Rights: Legal rights to creations, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- Losses: Defined as destruction and forfeiture.
- Streaks: are a measure of consistent user activity over consecutive days or periods.
- Swap: A swap refers to the exchange of one digital asset for another within The Ark App platform.
- Transfer: A transfer refers to the movement of digital assets from a user's Ark App account to an external wallet or another user's account within the platform.
